LCAP Parent Surveys

The purpose of this survey is to help our school district gain vital information to assist in meeting students’ needs. It has questions about academics, safety, and other important topics. It will take approximately 20 minutes of your time and your responses will be kept anonymous.

2017-18 Enrollments

Enrollment packets for the 2017-18 year will begin January 9, 2017.  You may pick up an enrollment packet at our office beginning on Monday, January 9th.  You will need to turn in copies of the following documents in order to enroll your child:  

  • Birth Certificate, Passport or Hospital Certificate
  • Immunizations (Must be complete and current)
  • Proof of Address - SMUD, PG&E or Correspondence from the Government (must be within the last 30 days)

Packets are not available online.
